- Studio portrait of William (Bill) Vigars, St. Thomas, ca. 1970. From 1964 to 1972, Vigars worked at CHLO Radio, St. Thomas, as an on-air personality/host/announcer, using the name Bill Williams. He also served as a St. Thomas City Alderman and as Head of the St. Thomas Chamber of Commerce. Photo stamped "Beta Photos, London, Ontario". In 1980, Vigars served as publicist for the Terry Fox "Marathon of Hope" campaign to raise funds for cancer research.
