- One black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published May 20, 1975, with caption:
- "Minor ball registration - Saturday morning at the fairgrounds in Aylmer saw an extended registration of the Aylmer Minor Baseball Association. One of those registering was Dale Wood[,] 14, of 572 Talbot Street East in Aylmer. League President Don Campbell (seated) says there will be another extended registration next Saturday morning from 10 to noon. League play will start this Wednesday, May 21, at 6:30, when the Aylmer peewee baseball team plays Ingersoll at the fairgrounds. Prior to the game Aylmer Mayor Forrest Moore will throw out the first ball." (8a)

- "Play ball - Aylmer Mayor Forrest Moore threw out the ceremonial first pitch Wednesday evening to officially open the Aylmer Minor Baseball Association season. Crowded around the Aylmer Mayor are players of the Aylmer Peewee Centrals who watch their teammates catcher Tom Secord and pitcher Kevin Dempsey receive Mayor Moore's toss. The Aylmer team lost to Ingersoll." (8b)

- "Tri-Township peewee champs - The Springfield Peewees of the Tri-Township Minor Softball League won the league championship Tuesday night in Springfield with a 14 to 11 victory over Lyons winning the best-of-five final three games to two. The winning team consists of, from left, (kneeling) Donna Smith, bat girl; Tim Nesbitt, Mark Young, Peter Keil, Brian Anderson, Bobby Colley; (standing) Coach John Smith, Kevin Brooks, Steve Chauvin, Rick Smith, Earl Bartlett, Ron Smith, Isaac Peters, and Coach Ron Smith. Absent when photo was taken was David Teichroeb and Robert Putnam." (8c)
