Salt Opens Officially - The newest take-out restaurant in St. Thomas had its official opening on Monday evening. H. Salt Fish and Chips is one of the locations in the new Talbot Court Development on the corner of Talbot Street and Woodworth Avenue and besides its take-out service, also offers eat-in facilities as well. To mark the opening, Mayor Wayne Neal (centre) cuts a fish net, while looking on are, from left, Vince Sheridan, incoming president of the Chamber of Commerce; Ald. Don Stokes; A. J. Charest, Chamber director; Bill Wilson of Dairy Queen; Chamber General Manager Bill Vigars; Ald.
