- Five black and white photographs used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published August 16, 1961 with captions:
- "Already in Use - The new 60 x 60 ft. building being constructed at the Brown Fintube (Canada) Ltd. plant on Wootworth Avenue is already being used due to demand for working space. The pre-fabricated structure, a feature of an extensive expansion program being initiated is being built by Har-A-Mac Construction Company Ltd., of St. Thomas. In the above picture, the newly erected 20-ton crane, capable of handling 15 ton vessels, is shown in operation". (2a)
- "Progressive Step - An optimistic outlook for the future of the Brown Fintube (Canada) Ltd., in St. Thomas, has prompted the management to embark on an extension program that will not only be a boon to the company but also to the city. In the above photo, George McCormick, (left) treasurer of the Har-A-Mac Construction Company, and Charles Muma, job foreman, look over blurprints for the new pre-fabricated building appearing in the background". (2b)
- "Additional New Machine - One of the largest radial drills to be manufactured in Canada has been added to the equipment at Brown FinTube (Canada) Ltd. The drill head alone is larger than an ordinary sized man. In the above picture, Sid Booth is shown making use of the new machine". (2c)
- "Add New Equipment - The expansion program being instituted at Brown Fintube (Canada) Ltd. has necessitated the installation of new machinery. One of the innovations is an X-ray machine for studying joints just completed by an automatic welding machine. In the above photo Harry Lusher, plant superintendent (right) and Colin Mellor, operate the machine". (2d)
- "Pressurized Job - Welding is an important part of the work being carried on at the Brown Fintube (Canada) Ltd. plant. In the above picture Colin Mellor, assistant plant superintendent, is shown applying an automatic welding head to a high-pressure fired heater, which will be sold to the Canadian Westinghouse Company".
