- " The Greater St. Thomas Monopoly Tournament opened Wednesday evening at the Elgin Mall with competition scheduled to continue through Saturday. The winner has a chance to compete in the national Monopoly tournament in Toronto in September. In top photo Verny Kyle, 12, of RR 7, St. Thomas (left), and Chris Stoke, 12, of Talbotville, enjoy one of the first games. The boys were among 32 children and adults competing." (28a)
