Two black and white photographs used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published July 17, 1957 with captions:
" Perch have been really biting at Port Bruce. These Springfield boys - foreground to rear - Kenneth Shaw, Kenneth Craik, and Ron Boughner - combine fishing and relaxation on the beach. Tom Sawyer had nothing on these lads for summer fun." (7a)
" From morning until night, Port Bruce harbor pier has been lined with patient anglers enjoying leisurely holidays. Visitors acquire a suntan and a "string" of perch all in one easy, inexpensive operation." (7b)
