"Warren K Cook Clothes" advertising sign. Plastic plaque that is dark green and rectangular in shape. The company crest and trademarked logo are gold in colour. The crest depicts a phoniex and a shield decorated with geometric patterns. Beneath the shield, "QUALITY - STYLE - SERVICE". Underneath, "Warren K Cook Clothes" in a stylized, cursive font. The signiture is described as the "facsimile signature of Warren K. Cook" in the Canada Tradmarks Database. There are small holes in each corner of the plaque, likely from when it was attached to a wall.

Warren K. Cook (1887-1972) founded the Cook Clothing Company in 1920. He later established an eponymously named high end menswear line in 1935. In 1949 Warren’s son William A. Cook took over the business and officially changed the name of the company to Warren K. Cook Ltd., trademarking a signature label the following year (as is visible on the plaque). The trademark was not expunged until 2011.
