Black and white negative photographs, featuring rare antique cars. Captioned: "1910 Packard Sport Roadster was one of three antique cars which was gassing up at Fordham's service station last week. The cars were enroute from Michigan to Woodstock, Vermont for an antique car rally. The car on the right is a 1910 Oakland with the driver, his wife and two daughters making the [illegible] their station." Published in the Mercury-Sun on June 29, 1966. (W11 B6 78a) Captioned: "1908 $25,000 12-cylinder Mercedes attracted considerable attention at Fordham's last week when gassing(?) up enroute from Michigan to Woodstock, Vermont. R13 S3 Sh6 B2 372b was published in the West Lorne Sun on November 23, 1978, with the caption: "Benno Schnieder demonstrates a unique flop rake, which is thought to have been used 150 years ago. Drawn in this fashion by a horse, the teeth in front colelcted hay until enough was gathered then the farmer flipped the teeth from behind forward, causing the other set of teeth to rise and dump the hay in a pile and the other set of teeth from behind started gathering hay."

Mrs. Ayearst spoke on the subject of buttons and brought some of her extensive collection. She said that she can tour the world by looking at her collection. Mrs. Ayearst has buttons made of Alaskan ivory, some of the first buttons made in the English cottage industry, as well as calico buttons and buttons from China and Japan. Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published April 27, 1974 with caption: " Studying old Bible in the Elgin County Pioneer Museum are, from left, Mrs. H. Leslie Humphrey and Mrs. Wilber Mulligan, and Mrs. Sally Carr, seated. The Bible was apparently brought to Canada in 1845. It is one of the many items belonging to Elgin County pioneers which have been collected together at the museum. Many of these items have been donated by area residents."
