Fraternal twins of Susanna Moorhouse and James Waddell, Albert Erastus and Bella Mabel Waddell were born on April 13, 1873 in Tillbury, Kent County. Albert died at the age of 21 on July 7, 1894 and was never married. Bella married Reuben A. Hill on October 20, 1897 and had three children, including Athur Sturgis, Euldene and Hazel Amelia.

- The daughter of Adeline Frances Moorhouse and Lorenzo Banghart, Anna Myrtle was born on September 2, 1890 in Palmyra, Kent County and died on May 1, 1972 in London, Middlesex County, Ontario. She married Thomas Henry Marshall on September 29, 1915. Together, they had three children including Emma Louise, Charles Mounteer and Barbara Joan. Anna worked as a receptionist at Parkwood Hospital in London, Ontario.
The daughter of Adeline Frances Moorhouse and Lorenzo Banghart, Cora Hannah Banghart was born on June 19, 1896 in Palmyra, Kent County and died on April 28, 1997 in Gainsville, Florida. She married Ernest Osborne Hill on April 4, 1921. Together, they had four children, including Edward Arthur, John Melville, Eleanor Frances and Patricia Lou.
The son of Adeline France Moorhouse and Lorenzo Banghart, Floyd Ivan Banghart was born on August 28, 1892 in Palmyra, Kent County and died on March 30, 1961 in London, Middlesex County, Ontario. He married Ada Lillian Gardiner on June 4, 1923. Floyd was a pilot and trainer in both the First and Second World Wars.

- Colonel Leslie Patterson arrived to the Talbot Settlement alongside John Pearce and his sisters, Mrs. Storey and Mrs. John Pearce, in 1809. During the War of 1812, Patterson participated as a Private and was later promoted to Captain and Colonel. He was known for allegedly saving Colonel Thomas Talbot's life during the war.
He was married to Lydia Patterson and had nine children, including Mary, Hannah, Catherine Anne, Olivia, Frances, Lydia, Joseph and Walter. Leslie died in 1852 and is buried at St. Peter's Cemetery.

-Miscellaneous savings and shares certificates issued by the Canada Permanent Building and Savings Society to various members of the Patterson family, 1862-1888.
-Transcription of grave marker for Leslie and Catherine Patterson, which reads "Underneath Lieth the Remains of Leslie Patterson, and Cathrine his Wife; the former died January 26th Aged 71 years; the latter February 19th 1800 Aged 62 Years."

She married Leslie Pearce on January 24, 1833 at the Old English Church in St. Thomas. They had seven children together, including Hannah, John B., Frances, Mary I., Caroline Martha, Leslie and Anna Elizabeth. Jane and her husband, Leslie, are buried in West Avenue Cemetery in St. Thomas, Ontario.

- John Seabury Pearce was born on June 15, 1841 in Tyrconnell and died on March 25, 1909 in London, Ontario. He was married to Mary Ann Wilson of Southwold Township on October 8, 1872 in Old English Church, St. Thomas.
John purhcased 15 acres of land from his father's farm where he developed a cheese production business and, in 1874, John Seabury Pearce and William James Roos were joint proprietors of the Erie Cheese Factory of Dunwich. In 1873, he move to London where he went into partnership in the seed business. In 1903, he became Superintendent of London's Parks, a position he held until his death in 1909.

- Joseph Pearce was born on February 10, 1852 in Tyrconnell and died on April 4, 1897 from typhoid fever. He was married to Elizabeth "Lizzie" Atwell on August 30, 1888 in Howard Township. She was born on July 20, 1863 in Ireland and died in 1913 in Pennington, South Dakota. Joseph and Elizabeth had three sons, including Victor, John and George. Upon Joseph's death in 1897, Elizabeth moved their children to South Dakota, where they lived with her brother, John Atwell.
George Pearce married Lillian Roth and had four children, including Dale Warren Pearce. Dale died in 1943 in Tunisia during the Second World War at 19 years old.
