- - assorted newspaper articles and photocopies of newspaper articles - handwritten notes - brochure about St. Peter's Anglican Church - pages from the original Sims History - two page letter, written on both sides, dated February 17, 1902, from Alice Patterson of Tyrconnell to a Miss Travers, recounts some of the history of the Patterson family, who came to the Talbot Settlement in 1810 - we have the original letter which is in bad shape, put into two mylar envelopes. - 30 black and white photographs - one colour postcard showing St. Peter's Anglican Church - 14 colour photographs
