C.M. Williams was appointed committee chairman. The committee was responsible for organizing the 1960 International Plowing Match and Farm Machinery Demonstration Banquet held October 14, 1960 at the St. Thomas-Elgin Memorial Arena, and for regulating the activities of caterers at the International Plowing Match and Farm Machinery Demonstration held October 11-14, 1960 in the vicinity of Springfield, Ontario.
