Plan includes annotations dated 1818-1819 indicating the names of grantees resident on certain lots. No scale is indicated for this plan. Named geographic and cultural features shown in this plan include Talbot Road, East Branch of Big Otter Creek, Big Otter Creek, Mud Creek, Venison Creek, Big Creek, Stoney Creek, Cranberry Creek, and areas marked "Big Cranberry Marshes", "Hay Marsh", "tamarack swamp", "black ash swails", "open marsh" and "cedar swamp". Various unnamed watercourses and footpaths are also shown. Various lots are marked "Cn" indicating Crown reserves.
