- John Seabury Pearce was born on June 15, 1841 in Tyrconnell and died on March 25, 1909 in London, Ontario. He was married to Mary Ann Wilson of Southwold Township on October 8, 1872 in Old English Church, St. Thomas.
John purhcased 15 acres of land from his father's farm where he developed a cheese production business and, in 1874, John Seabury Pearce and William James Roos were joint proprietors of the Erie Cheese Factory of Dunwich. In 1873, he move to London where he went into partnership in the seed business. In 1903, he became Superintendent of London's Parks, a position he held until his death in 1909.

- Joseph Pearce was born on February 10, 1852 in Tyrconnell and died on April 4, 1897 from typhoid fever. He was married to Elizabeth "Lizzie" Atwell on August 30, 1888 in Howard Township. She was born on July 20, 1863 in Ireland and died in 1913 in Pennington, South Dakota. Joseph and Elizabeth had three sons, including Victor, John and George. Upon Joseph's death in 1897, Elizabeth moved their children to South Dakota, where they lived with her brother, John Atwell.
George Pearce married Lillian Roth and had four children, including Dale Warren Pearce. Dale died in 1943 in Tunisia during the Second World War at 19 years old.

- The son of John Pearce and Frances Patterson, Leslie Pearce was born on September 7, 1807 in Erie, Pennsylvania and died on February 27, 1871 in Yarmouth Township, Elgin County. He married Jane Donaldson Barber on January 24, 1833 at the Old English Church in St. Thomas. They had seven children together, including Hannah, John B., Frances, Mary Izant, Caroline Martha, Leslie and Anna Elizabeth.
At two years old, Leslie settled in Port Talbot with his family. He lived here with his parents until he purchased the East half of Lot 6, Concession 8, Talbot Road East, South Side, Township of Yarmouth, in 1831. Leslie was appointed Deputy-Reeve of the Township of Yarmouth in 1852 when the provisional council of Elgin County was first formed. Leslie and his wife, Jane, are buried in West Avenue Cemetery in St. Thomas.

- William Pearce was born on February 1, 1848 in Tyrconnell and died in Calgary, Alberta on March 3, 1930. He was married to Margaret Myer of Seaforth on September 20, 1881. Together, they had seven children; twin boys died as infants.
William graduated as a Civil Engineer from the University of Toronto and subsequently became one of the first surveyors of Western Canada, often referred to as "the Czar of the West". He moved to Calgary, Alberta in 1874, where he built the first house to have running water.

- Colonel Leslie Patterson arrived to the Talbot Settlement alongside John Pearce and his sisters, Mrs. Storey and Mrs. John Pearce, in 1809. During the War of 1812, Patterson participated as a Private and was later promoted to Captain and Colonel. He was known for allegedly saving Colonel Thomas Talbot's life during the war.
He was married to Lydia Patterson and had nine children, including Mary, Hannah, Catherine Anne, Olivia, Frances, Lydia, Joseph and Walter. Leslie died in 1852 and is buried at St. Peter's Cemetery.

- The daughter of Leslie Pearce and Jane Barber, Frances Pearce was born on August 22, 1836 in Yarmouth Township, County of Elgin and died on May 15, 1921. She married Lewis Jackson Goddard on July 14, 1859 in the Township of Yarmouth, County of Elgin. They had eleven children together, including Leslie Lothize, Jane Amanda, Donald Cuttendon, Jonathan, Louis, Louis Francis, Charles Harrison, Frederick Percy, Mary Caroline, Orville Jackson and Olive.

- Jane Donaldson Barber was born on December 19, 1814 in Southwold Township, Elgin County and died on September 10, 1876 in Yarmouth Township, Elgin County. She married Leslie Pearce on January 24, 1833 at the Old English Church in St. Thomas. They had seven children together, including Hannah, John B., Frances, Mary I., Caroline Martha, Leslie and Anna Elizabeth. Jane and her husband, Leslie, are buried in West Avenue Cemetery in St. Thomas, Ontario.

Includes miscellaneous ephemera as well as photocopies and internet print-outs of reference material related to St. Peter's Anglican Church in Tyrconnell, of which members of the Pearce, Patterson, Backus and Storey families were instrumental in establishing, and where many members of the Pearce family attended and were married. Also contains photographic prints and the following original documents:
-Article of Agreement, 1828, in which Mary Storey, widow, grants ten acres of land in the Township of Dunwich to the Right Reverand Charles, on which a Protestant Episcopal Church be erected. The agreement also notes that John Pearce, Leslie Patterson, Stephen Backus and Walter Storey will jointly contribute to the construction of the church. Agreement is signed by John Pearce, Leslie Patterson, Stephen Backus, Walter Storey, George Crane, [J. Miles Farlands], Elizah Geoff, Albert Buckle, Isaac [indiscernible] and Thomas Matthews.
-Statement of transactions of John Pearce, Leslie Patterson and Stephen Backus as Trustees of the Episcopal Churchin the Township of Dunwich, circa 1832.
-Legal description of property for St. Peter's Cemetery, signed by Fred A. Bell, Ontario Land Surveyor.
