Building
The Roxy Theatre will close its doors in the near future
to make way for a Medical Arts Building, it was learned to-
day. The theatre, one of the two remaining in the city, has
been in operation for the past 10 years. W. E. C. Jones, St,
Thomas real estate agent, stated that preliminary plans have
have been made to turn the
building, situated just east of
Haskett Motors on Talbot
street, into a structure hous-
ng 16 offices. Included in the
plans are a drug store and
medicaf offices on the ground

But Sanguine says his is
different because it is to be
operated as a non-profit
school to allow enthusiasts
