Eng., established Elgin Industrial Consultants Ltd., a mechanical/electrical consulting engineering business with offices located at 544 Talbot St., St. Thomas, Ontario. Mr. Pearce directed the company as President until staff engineer Jeffrey G. Haywood, P. Eng. became co-manager ca. 1975. Elgin Industrial Consultants Ltd. relocated ca. 1977 to 546 Talbot St., St. Thomas and again ca. 1979 to 548 Talbot St., St. Thomas. The company ceased operation ca. 1980.
