iv) The lands lying south of County Road No. 16 and
west of Talbot Creek is the site of four dwellings, farm
buildings and various accessory buildings. One of the
dwellings, (i.e. Malahide House) is the former residence of
Colonel Thomas Talbot and, therefore, of considered
historical significance to southwestern Ontario. Similar to
the lands lying north of County Road 16, agricultural land
in this area is limited and constrained in its capability by
