- Small red textured binder with 'Agreement 4.16 between Canadian National Railway Company and United Transportation Union' as the title, in white. Above the title, 'W.C. Lawrence' is written on a piece of tape. On the front page, 'WC Lawrence, 738673 London' is written in black marker, as well as 'Vacation Article 78.11', which is in blue pen. The content of the book is comprised of a list of worker's rights under the Union. Inside, a blank 'While you Were Out' form has been left, loose. It is ring bound with 6 rings.
