Description

A white card menu with a photo of the steam engine 'CPR No. 1 Countess of Dufferin' and on the back is a brief history of the engine. Inside the menu provides different selections for entrees, sides, beverages, desserts with the prices included. Note in red 'Dining car closes at 8:30pm' and in the center with the fold a note to the passengers to write their order on the meal check since verbal orders are not permitted.
