- Rotary Club meeting admittance card. Cream coloured cardstock card that reads "Attendance Report - Bill Kavanagh - St. Thomas, Ont - Law Enforcement". Towards the bottom, a blue ink that has been stamped on the card, "The Rotary Club of Westmount - 4646 Sherbrooke Street West Montreal H3Z 2Z8 Canada". On the back, a black for a stamp and correspondence in case the card needs to be mailed.
