- Large Coloured photograph of Pleasant Street view of Elgin County Pioneer Museum, at 32 Talbot Street, St.Thomas. Dr. Charles Duncombe plaque is on the left side of the photo. Small Sign with green lettering, "The Elgin County Pioneer Museum" mounted above arch to entrance.
Remnants of hot glue on back. Photo had previously be mounted on paper.
