The image is inset in a a green and gold border. There are shamrocks to the left of the image and "Remember Green Erin" is printed on the bottom left. An illustrated shillelagh (Irish walking stick or a thick stick of blackthorn or oak used in Ireland, typically as a weapon) is on the bottom. The reverse is addressed to Leonard Woolley of Springfield. Postmarked at Springfield on March 14, 1911. Message, "Dear Cousin - We have been looking for some of you down all winter and were glad when the visitors came last week. We hope they get home safe and enjoyed their holiday. Now we will look for you this summer. Was the box alright? It was the only one left and Mother and I each depended on the other looking at it and neither of us did. We have been worrying ever since for fear it was an empty one. Please let us know. We are all usually well and hope you are the same. Lizzie"
