Printed on the inside, "At rest died at his late residence, Springfield, on Saturday, December 10, 1910 William Leeson aged 53 years, 2 months, and 24 days. The funeral will meet at the house at 2 pm on Monday, December 12th and after short services proceed to East Cemetery for internment. Friends and acquaintances will please accept this intimation."
