- Interview with Mr. Bob Moore, former County Engineer and Road Superintendant. Mr. Moore was hired by Elgin County in January of 1957 as the first full-time engineer employed by the County. Mr. Moore discusses his career with the county which spanned nearly 40 years. Includes the following topics: development of the County road system, road and bridge projects, County buildings, County geography and County Councillors and staff.
