Mann, employed as a fireman with the Pere Marquette Railway, and his wife Katie. The adjacent residence at 20 Wilson Avenue is also partially visible: in 1932 the residence of Louis Pearce, employed as a tinsmith with the Pere Marquette Railway, and his wife Margaret.
