- "Official Opening - On hand at last night's official opening of Yarmouth Township Public School No. 2 were many education dignitaries. Shown above (left to right) Arnold Lee, chairman of the Elgin County Board of Education; Stanley Cook, former chairman of the Yarmouth Township Board of Education and now a member of the Elgin County Board of Education; D. W. Scott, regional director of Education, London, Ont.; Rev. O. E. Broughton, who dedicated the new school during last night's program, and David White, principal of the school." (6a)
