- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published January 19, 1978 with caption: "Heritage Aylmer Executive - A group of people interested in saving the old town hall, also known as Save Committee or The Aylmer Heritage Foundation, decided after 9 months to organize themselves officially. The group will now be known as Heritage Aylmer. It will not only support saving the old town hall, but is also interested in saving other things of a historical nature, such as buildings, and land sites.
