- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published December 19, 1962 with caption: "In Winter Quarters - Three ships are tied up at Port Stanley for the winter months. Two regular guests- the SS Pelee and the Pelee Islander- have been joined by the tanker Cape Transport, owned by the Hall Corporation of Canada, Montreal. The tanker was scheduled to have spent the winter months at Hamilton but due to the heavy ice conditions encountered on Lake Erie in recent days, the owners decided to make Port Stanley the ship's winter base. The ships, from the left, are Cape Transport, SS Pelee and the Pelee Islander."
