Barbara Howey, far left, and Mrs. Rosemary Allman each won advanced honors for completion of 18 projects which takes about nine years, said Mrs. Doelman. Miss Howey is from Yarmouth Glen No. 2 and Mrs. Allman is from Central Yarmouth No. 3."
