- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published December 4, 1957 with caption: "Hydro Building Nears Completion - Work on construction of a new Ontario Hydro area office and service building in Aylmer is moving forward rapidly as may be seen from the above picture. Located on No. 73 Highway just north of the town, the building is located on the site of the present transformer station. The structure is expected to be ready for use in about four weeks when the Hydro will move from its present location on Myrtle street where it has been situated since 1926. General contractor is the firm of Hendriks and Herman, of Aylmer."
