- Scope and Content
- Two black and white photographs used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published July 6, 1977 with caption: "From left, Peter Jensen, Chris Kobler and Chad Hardenbrook, all of the 1st Rodney Scout Troop stand at the back of the bus that was to take them on the first leg of their journey to Prince Edward Island and the National Scout Jamboree in progress there this week. In the backs of the three buses that left Saturday from the St. Thomas-Elgin Memorial Community Centre parking lot was a mountin of equipment for the over 90 members of the Elgin contingent. In photo at right, throing around a duffle bag filled with equipment can be more difficult than one expects as Ken Armstrong og the 18th St. Thomas Scout Troop found out when he had to use the wall of the arena to hold up his bag prior to the Scouts' departure by bus to London, where they boarded a plane for the trip to the jamboree." Both photographs share the same caption.
