- -"St. Thomas Landmark to go", January 16, 1959. Regarding house at 985 Talbot Street, between Woodworth and Arthur avenues; the house once belonged to Arthur Wellington Mann. It was demolished for the lot to be turned into a modern paved used car lot for Disbrowe Motors.
