- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published November 4, 1966 with caption: "Only Township Library - Bayham will be the only township in Elgin County with its own library when its centennial project is completed. Most of the exterior to the addition on the township hall is finished and workmen are now concentrating on the interior. The new addition is expected to be open to the public New Year's Eve, with an official opening later in the year. The county library board will provide equipment for the library."
