- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published July 14, 1975 with caption: "Plane Demolished - A possible tornado which struck the vicinity of the St. Thomas Municipal Airport wrecked this Cessna 140 which ended up in the corn field 150 yards from where it was tied down. The owner, Dave Reynolds of St. Thomas, valued the craft at $6,000. One other light plane was wiped out and three received minor damage."
