- Scope and Content
- This series consists of an audit of the Townships of Dunwich and Southwold, a picture of Ralph Auckland from 1942 (when he served as the Warden of Elgin County) and a picture of Ernest Lashbrook, Reeve of Rodney and Warden of Elgin County in 1938. Other items include a picture of the Elgin County Council in 1874 (with names listed), a photograph of an unidentified group of men (which may be Elgin County Council, circa 1930’s or 1940’s), and a three-page document on the formation of Elgin County.
