The tower can be seen in this design in the centre of the horiztonal leg of the plant 'L' near the final repair area." (C8 Sh4 B2 F1 20a)
- "A Ford First- A 10-storey tower such as the one shown in this model will soon rise from the Ford Motor Company building near Talbotville. The 120-foot high tower is part of the assembly line process and is the first of its type being used by any Ford plant in the world. The 10 storage levels will accommodate 40 cars. Only seven of the storeys will be encased in glass, the top three will be covered with a blue siding and will also house the elevator machinery." (C8 Sh4 B2 F1 20b)
