Runyon, 41, has been appointed manager of the new passenger car plant that will be built near St. Thomas, Ont. by Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited. Born in Dallas, Texas, Runyon comes to Canada from the Norfolk, Va. assembly plant of Ford Motor Company where he was plant manager. Announcement of the appointment was made by Karl E. Scott, president, Ford of Canada." Retained for reference by the St. Thomas Time-Journal.
