- Two black and white photographs used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published February 22, 1979 with captions: "A Time to Relax - Tom Wells receives a friendly smile from Ruby Leverton, a volunteer, while getting a well-deserved rest after donating blood for the 108th time Wednesday at the Red Cross Blood Donor Clinic at Central United Church" (C8 Sh5 B1 F24 79a); "Row of Donors - Wednesday's Red Cross blood donor clinic at Central United Church [St. Thomas] attracted a total of 204 donors. An encouraging aspect of the clinic was that there were 61 first-time donors among the turnout" (C8 Sh5 B1 F24 79b).
