- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published December 15, 1969 with caption: "Good Turn for the Day - Members of the 7th St. Thomas Girl Guide Company were on duty on busy Talbot Street on Saturday handing out leaflets publicizing the St. Thomas Red Cross Blood Donor Clinic to be held Wednesday at Central United Church. Miss Lillian McGaw, of 60 1/2 Pearl Street, receives a leaflet from Guide Jill Catchpole (right) of 92 Coulter Avenue, and Bownie Sixer Alison Beavis, of the 5th St. Thomas Brownie Pack, 16 Rapelje Street, who went along to assist. Arrangements for the project were made by Mrs. Keith Malcolm, leader of the 7th Guide Company."
