- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published August 29, 1953 with caption: "Fatal Wreck Scene - Jean Marilyn Locke, of 54 1/2 Mitchell Street [St. Thomas], was almost instantly killed and Allen Carr, 20, of 12 Burrows Avenue [St. Thomas], was injured on Saturday morning when the car in which they were riding was in collision with an London & Port Stanley train on Concession 13 of Yarmouth Township. The wrecked car is shown in the photo with a southbound L. & P.S. waiting to get by. The northbound train which was involved in the collision had been moved when the picture was taken." Tow truck operated by Harold Stuart & Son, Talbotville is visible in the photograph.
