Hooyer, 44, of RR 6, Tillsonburg. Published with caption: "Van-Train Mishap - All three occupants of this van were killed Thursday afternoon after a Canadian National freight train collided with it. The train involved in the collision is in the background. St. Thomas OPP described road conditions at the time of the accident as 'very slippery'. The accident occurred at a marked railway crossing just north of Orwell."
