- History / Biographical
- This house was built in circa 1860 by Samuel Day, and was owned by James Carrie, a merchant, from 1874-1893. Significant architectural features include the reversed brick every seven rows, the door case with frosted glass above the door with sidelights, and paired brackets under the eaves.
