Photograph of Tim Nelham and an unidentified boy of the 8th St. Thoms Cub Pack holding garbage bags on the side of a road, likely after participating in a garbage clean-up. Included with the photograph was a note identifying Tim: "Tim Nelham garbage." Photograph is from a scrapbook. Photographs were kept in original order and can be found in the range M1 S3 Sh6 B9 F1 1 - 36.
