“Winner of an award for service, increased sales, cleanliness and all phases of operation at his west end Shell service station, Warren Allen (third from the left) is pictured here receiving the trophy from O. R. Prior, London district sales supervisor. Others in the picture include, left to right, John Williams, W. N. Phipps, sales representative, Gary Carr and Ted Kloosterman. The contest was held over an eight-month period by the Shell Oil Company with Shell stations all over Western Ontario participating.”
