- The Dancey Family Farm was first purchased by Dr. Edward Dancey in 1844. It is located near Summers Corners (present day 50998 Talbot Line, Aylmer).
It was later operated by Leon and Phoebe Dancey. Leon died in 1932, and Phoebe continued to live at the farm until her death in 1965. Jack and Leone Dancey moved to the farm in 1967, leaving their home in Aylmer (406 Talbot Street E), and the farm was later owned by their daughter, Chris Dancey, who built a home on the north end of the farm off Woolleyville Line.
