- 1 itinerary outlining the history of the Beaver Colony and upcoming events for the 8th St. Thomas Scout Group.
- 11 newspaper clippings about Cub leaders, a Flag breaking ceremony, events and awards from 1961 to ca. 1979.
- 3 cards: thank you card to the 8th St. Thomas Scout Group thanking them for their service, dated May 15, 2004; thank you card to the 8th St. Thomas Scout Group from the Board of Christian Edication, no date; thank you card from The Caring Cupboard Food Bank for the donation paid by the 8th St. Thomas Beaver Colony.
