1_369: “Even chartered accountants can be jovial at this busy time of year, as indicated in the above photograph taken at the local gathering of members of the London Chapter of the Certified Public Accountants of Ontario, held in the Old Chelsea Restaurant, Wednesday evening, with about 55 attending. Shown above is Mayor Thomas H. Currah St. Thomas, extreme left, extending a welcome to three of the men who took leading roes at the program which followed the dinner. Reading from the right, those in the picture are: F. T. Sudbury, Toronto, secretary and registrar of the C.P.A.: Clifford Woolley, president of the London Chapter of the C.P.A.; Kendall Moore, Canadian Bank of Commerce, manager, London, Ont., the guest-speaker, who gave an illuminating talk on “A Banker Looks At the Financial Structure,” and Mayor Currah. Mr. Moore, the guest-speaker, who introduced by Eric Spearman, St. Thomas.”
