- File contains a photocopy a of an Indenture regarding the Estate Andrew Ham, recorded on August 2, 1859. Ham died intestated on October 21, 1852. He owned 250 acres of land on Lot 29, North Branch of Talbot Road, and the south quarter of Lot 5, Concession 1, in the Township of Southwold. His wife was Catherine Ham, and their seven children were: Elizabeth S. Stafford (married Cyrus Stafford), Catherine M. Randal (married Frederick Randal), Samuel Peter Ham, Thomas Edwin Ham, Matthias Andrew Ham, and Nancy Caroline Ham.
