- Scope and Content
- A photograph taken during the construction of three king-size culverts, which were being installed at Kettle Creek, where Elgin County Road 45 was being extended and widened south of St. Thomas, 1970. On the back of this photograph, the following is written: "Excavated clay from No. 2 has been placed in invert of No. 1. Side plates being erected on No. 2. Placing and compaction of gravel between pipes progresses with assembly. Water jetting under pipes is a continuous operation".
