1_3362: “Leading hotel men of Southwestern Ontario met here Tuesday afternoon and evening at a regional meeting to prepare for the annual meeting of the Ontario Hotel Association in Toronto in January and to elect a director for 1952 to represent Zone No. 5 on the provincial executive. Shown above, left right, are a group of those officiating and head table guests at the dinner served in the Colonel Thomas Talbot Room of the Grand Central Hotel, Tuesday evening: Ike Siskind, president of the London Hotel Association, chairman and toastmaster at the function; William Beverley, president of the Sarnia Hotel Association; Charles D. Coyle, M.P. for Elgin; Mayor Allan Rush of London, Ont.; Goldie Whitfield, president of the St. Thomas Hotel Association, who presided at the business meeting, Tuesday afternoon; Kenneth McFee, Sarnia, who succeeds Harry H. Hunter of the Grand Central Hotel, as director of Zone 5 for 1952; and Hugh F. Labatt, London Township.”
