McHale, of London, Ont., Talbot Area Commissioner, at the mother and daughter banquet of the Third St. Thomas Company in Trinity Parish Hall on Thursday evening. All the many and comprehensive qualifications for this award must be met before the Guide is seventeen and only a limited number of Guides have the honor of wearing the Gold Cord.
